Prof. Sevil Acar Receives the 2025 ITU Science Award We are proud to announce that Prof. Sevil Acar, a faculty member of our Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, has been honored with the 2025 ITU Science Award in Architecture, Arts, and Social Sciences by Istanbul Technical University.

Prof. Acar has been recognized for her pioneering research on the economic impacts of climate change, environmental and energy policies, as well as her leading work on the "just transition" approach to energy transformation within the framework of Türkiye's net-zero targets.
